• Our standard 1-3 day delivery rate to the UK Mainland (not including highland or offshore destinations) is £3.95 per order.
• Orders over £50 are delivered for free to mainland UK addresses. Offshore and Highland addresses are not included; please calculate estimated shipping costs to these destinations at check out and please note that unfortunately we currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands.
• Orders paid and confirmed before 2pm will most likely be delivered by the next working day, but please allow up to 3 working days for your UK mainland deliveries.

** If your original order was greater than £50.00 and was eligible for free delivery, please note that if you are making a return and the value of the items you are keeping falls below £50.00 our standard delivery rate of £3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

For European Orders under £150 shipment fees vary between £15.00 and £25.00 depending on the destination; please calculate your estimated shipment costs at checkout.

*For the time being, we are only offering free European shipping to:

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Continental European deliveries can take between 2 and 5 days depending on the destination.
